Refund Policy
At HolistiCamp, we understand that plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made:

X days or more before arrival: Full refund (minus processing fees if applicable)

2. No-Shows
Guests who do not arrive on their scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation are not eligible for a refund.
3. Weather Policy
As an outdoor nature-based experience, reservations are not refundable due to weather unless conditions are deemed unsafe by management.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.
5. Modifications
Reservation changes are subject to availability and may result in price adjustments.
